CONSULTATION - We discuss what you are looking for in your home search journey!
BROKER AGREEMENT - Establishing our mutual business agreement. We'll finalize details including term length, compensation, termination, exclusivity, and property criteria.
FINANCING - Let's make sure you're financially prepped to start your search. A pre-approval letter from a lender before submitting an offer is important because it shows you are more likely to meet the proposed settlement date.
CRITERIA - What do you want in your next home? Together, we will identify your ideal home's location and amenities. I'll create a custom Collection monitoring market listings, we'll tour, and find what truly makes you feel at home.
OFFER - Once we find the right fit, we'll collaborate on a competitive offer. It is my job to guide you through the decision-making process to ensure you are confident with the offer.
PENDING - A mutual agreement has been made! Now comes a timeline of final steps leading to the final close date based on the agreement we crafted.
CLOSING - Congratulations! You're a homeowner!

CONSULTATION - We discuss what you are looking to accomplish in selling your home. What's your home worth in today's market as-is? What could be done to increase the value?
LISTING AGREEMENT - This document is designed to establish a mutual business agreement by outlining details such as term length, list price, and selling & buying broker compensation.
PREP - This is where we make sure your home is ready for market. I can help you decide what to address before listing. Preparing your investment to shine its brightest is a vital step to gain a solid offer.
MARKET - Once you're ready, your home will be professional photographed and staged. We'll discuss final details to include in the listing, social media content, digital ads, etc. Your custom marketing strategy will unfold once the listing is live.
LIST & SHOW - It's live! Listed on the NWMLS, we'll hold open houses and offer private showings when requested. Agents will submit requests to show your home and we'll continue to drive traffic.
PENDING - You've received an offer (or a few!) We will now negotiate what's offered in each and walk through what it all means to your selling process. Together we will insure a solid offer is chosen to take you all the way to the closing table.
CLOSING - Congratulations! Sold!
